You’ll be trained before to work to ensure the maximum of quality and also increase the confidence of the teacher.
Travel to students’ homes to conduct tutoring sessions.
Prepare and facilitate tutoring workshops, collaborative projects, or academic support sessions for small groups of students.
Participate in training and development sessions to improve tutoring practices or learn new tutoring techniques.
Organize tutoring environment to promote productivity and learning.
Provide feedback to students using positive reinforcement techniques to encourage, motivate, or build confidence in students.
Schedule and benefits:
35h a week, 5 days a week.
Salary will be based on experience
No degree needed, but it’s a plus.
TEFL/TESOL is a plus. National holidays + 3 weeks holidays (a total of 6 weeks a year)
